| Joe
Leal bio |
|
Joe
Leal is the original founder of Commit and Conquers
private training facility concept. After years of exercise
in busy facilities it became apparent that many people
with good intentions were failing to achieve their fitness
goals due to lack of understanding, guidance, and support.
It was after years of similar observations that Joe
developed the vision of a facility available to a limited
number of members who were serious about fitness. He
envisioned this facility to be a place where trainers
provide guidance and support at a competitive price,
in a non-threatening environment, filled with like minded
people. A facility where trainers and members alike
are friendly, compassionate, and serious about helping
others reach their fitness goals. Joe is a certified
personal trainer with over 15 years of fitness experience
including athletic performance, resistance training,
and functional training and was involved in collegiate
athletics. |

| Cara Dusmoor |
|
"You can do whatever you want, but you will never do nothing." - Mom & Dad
Cara took her parents' words to heart at an early age, and found herself expressing them predominately through sports. So much so, in fact, that she played 4 years of college volleyball followed by a stint on a U.S. rep volleyball team in Australia. A self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie who tires of the weight room easily, Dunsmoor is a firm believer in the power of cross-training, and she's constantly seeking out new ways to "play". Among her personal training loves: rock climbing, snowboarding, pilates, kickboxing, trail-running, bikram and hatha yoga, surfing, marathoning, pro-am sand volleyball, trail biking, hiking and cross country skiing. What's next...? She's not quite sure yet. What she does know, however, is that she loves helping others tackle the question "What if?". "When it comes to an active lifestyle, we often make what we think are "either-or" decisions, when they're really just a question of "how"? The body thrives when the heart has a mission, and there's nothing like helping someone realize that they ARE strong, that they CAN do this, and that all of their hard work is paying off."
Dunsmoor received her certifications for personal training and corrective exercise from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2009. She is also a nutritional advisor, an assistant coach for the Colorado State University-Pueblo volleyball team, and the Director of Evolution Volleyball, an athlete development program for young players. |
