Fitness assessment to determine your current level of fitness and help you set realistic goals.
Weekly endurance training sessions for competitive and recreational runners.
Structured cross training by certified instructors to assist you in the development of muscle strength and flexibility.
Structured group runs.
Educational workshops.
Club socials and special events. (Run a race then meet afterwards to celebrate!)
